On Derby Day I tried the German Rig I had from many years back, on the nut. Not only did he figure out how to canter like an adult, but he rather enjoyed it.
after 2 weeks off, he got even better. might help that he sat out in this filed for 30 inutes eating before we worked.. and an hour afterwards. m
Willfulness over some starter jumps

Moving on.. soft. relaxed.. well until spooked..then right back to work.. Fences going up next.
