About Project:
Click 3x aimed for the funny bone in a pair of :15 spots for MTV. The ads, titled ‘Penny Pincher’ and ‘Cheap Skate’, accentuate the desire for two distinct animated characters to receive a multitude of ring tones on their mobile phones without having to pay for them. A combination of live action, model making, CG and graphics where used to tie these spots together.

Since we didn't get nearly enough time with James at the last meeting, we welcome him back to update us on his progress with this project.

Animation director and designer james dean conklin will present some ofhis current work including film projects with artist/filmmaker sam kieth and comic artist/director mike oeming - both projects make use of paintings & drawings by the artists with compositing and effects in After Effects.

James is art director and series director at total training and also produces animation and documentaries at his home studio 'greenhead media in hastings-on-hudson, NY - a big fan of AE, he also teaches advanced motion graphics at parsons' school of design.

2 copies of Invigomany Vol 1 Sports will be raffled off. Hopefully Serge will be here to demonstrate what Invigomany is all about.

Serge Hamad is a DP and motion graphic artist with 25 years of experience. He won several international awards as a DP and combat photographer and works mainly for European TV channels and Film production companies from NY.
He is also a Co-Leader at the Creative Cow for the AE & Zaxwerks forums.
Serge decided to create the first Creative Cow Master Tools series (InvigoMany Volume 1 Sports) to help 2D artists who are not familiar with a 3D program to have access to a variety of 3D objects that are completely customizable and could be animated right inside of After Effects with the help of the Zaxwerks Invigorator/ProAnimator software.
