The following artists showed their works at the January Meeting.

Kyle Mcculloch

Kyle broke out the latest Target spot created at Curious Pictures. He went through the immense amount of rotoscoping and color correcting that went into a seemingly simple ad.

George presented a brief history of the art of sculpting light -
invented by Thomas Wilfred early in the 20th Century.
He then showed a digital lumia piece entitled - "Meditation"
This will be the premier public presentation of his
digital Lumia works.

Melissa Ulto
VJ
Melissa Ulto
Interdisciplinary artist who utilizes modern and traditional mediums.
Working professionally as a digital video specialist, filmmaker, VJ and artist, she continues to pursue her work with her online exhibit,
"unMade Movie", as well as her arts and experimental sites, thecataract.com and Multo.com.
As “VJ miixxy”, Meliassa performs at clubs, events and festivals in New York and across the country.

She shared her unique video setup and some live works, and answered questions on her setup and programs used, including GRID.
